Outstanding staff and location could not be better in Jaco. Quite and restful but within 5-10 min walk you can access everything you need.

Clean Room, wonderful staff, excellent amenities and washer/dryer and shoe dryer most importantly!

Amazing hotel! Wasn’t expecting them to have just beautiful grounds and an onsite nature reserve you can hike for a small fee. Staff was extremely nice and room views were amazing! Would 100% come back!

The hotel is great. Big, surrounded by nature, trees, a river, 2 excellent swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. Our room was simply perfect. The restaurant is a joke, a bad joke. They got almost nothing to serve. They dont even show you the menu because 70% of the menu is out. So you will eat what they got, not what you want. Quality of the food not good and terribly expensive.

Our stay at Hotel Mountain Paradise was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The property is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano — waking up to that view every morning felt like a dream. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a private terrace that allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The beds were super cozy, and everything was spotless and well maintained.
