"It's $100 mxn (pesos) deposit when arriving. Just a heads up. Wifi didn't work well. It kept disconnecting. Air conditioner didn't work in our unit even following instructions to wait 5 min. Not a big deal at the moment we didn't need it. Room can feel small. Yet again. I am 6 foot 400 lbs. I was comfortable regardless. The staff is great, the until was clean and morning breakfast was delicious. They give you a voucher for breakfast so make sure not to lose it. It includes a complimentary chilaquiles if you order. It is not a buffet, but they allow you to serve your self twice. Eggs with onions, beans, pasta salad, salad, squash in salsa roja. They also have a menu so you can order other breakfast items with 10% off since you are staying at the hotel. Overall it is great experience. The wifi doesn't matter since we weren't in the hotel much other then to rest. My phone provider is ATT wich got great service regardless. Will stay again. "

"The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and rich with building aesthetics of period México. My only drawback would be if traveling with elderly or handicap they are limited in rooms that are leveled per staff. They do have an elevator but the top floor has a to get to some rooms outside of the elevator. Some of the rooms have a step down in the room. The breakfast is simply coffee and fruit bar and fruit. Other than that beautiful and clean. Would definitely come back!! "

"Clean room right in the center of party zone. Walking distance to the bar areas. Staff was spot on until I noticed a double charged and advised that they only have a manager on site Monday-Friday and could not do anything about the situation. Advised for us to send a WhatsApp but we do not use the app asked use to send an email to reservation email on their card and have not received a response since 3/21\. Showed bank statements of both charges and how the it went through. Bank charged me international fee twice. Still have no heard back from the hotel."
