"The staff are friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean, however, my daughter and I were traveling alone and the windows would not lock. (bottom floor is right next to the parking lot and second floor windows are accessible from the walkway) I asked for a new room and the windows in that room wouldn't lock either. Due to safety concerns, we packed up and left. Owners refunded money which I did not expect. "

"The motel was pet friendly. She suggested a ground floor room, which we agreed to. There's a nice Veteran's Memorial adjacent to the property. The pool and Hot tub were down for a month of maintenance, which was our second reason for booking there. The information was not on the website or on Expedia. The front desk was kind and arranged for us to go next door to the Clarion for the pool and Hot tub. But it was awkward and we only went once. Overall the room seemed clean, except later we noticed the rug, which was absolutely filthy. We spilled some water and wiped it up, leaving a "clean" spot on the rug, and the towel streaked with black dirt. The room and hotel were quiet. "
