Extremely clean accommodations - felt like an elevated city home away from home experience. Love the coffee shop being attached to the hotel lobby. It had a Starbucks type of vibe but better as a trendy yet subdued morning coffee spot. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boston."

"45 minute wait at check in desk, with dozens of guests waiting in line, and 1 desk agent. Debris all over lobby floor. No working wifi the entire stay. No coffee at breakfast - they ran out. Very old hotel property, not renovated, like stepping into a time machine."

"Early breakfast was mainly scrambled powered eggs/sausage/oatmeal, small pastries, coffee & fruit. Unfortunately, the entrees were cold as the warmers did not appear to work. Breakfast is served on a table by the wall in lobby and staff will stop guests at the table to inquire if they have prepaid. This can be quite embarrassing as the staff have a list of prepays on a yellow sticky note but it was never accurate and they would indicate I had to stop each morning at the buffet and wait until staff could get to front desk and verify my prepay. Traveling colleagues indicated the cafe food was actually faster, better, and custom coffees are available there. "
