perfecte ligging

Posted 26-Sep-2016

This hotel was ideally located to the downtown.

Posted 22-Sep-2016
Pros: The cleanliness, the food and the proximity to the hub of Dublin.
Cons: Would have liked to have had washcloths.
Location: Perfect!! Close to everything.
They were so kind to let us check in early after our long flight. We were able to sleep, and freshen up, and we' re in walking distance to Grafton St. and all the restaurants and pubs and shopping. It was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Our beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Good hotel for shopping and Temple Bar

Posted 19-Sep-2016
Pros: Friendliness of staff, clean and size of the bedroom.
Cons: As they have such huge beds then they should have sheets to fit them! The sheet was just laid across the bed as there was not enough to tuck under
Great hotel, speedy check in and check out. Didn't use the bars or restaurants as we had lots of plans with friends already. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Nice city hotel

Posted 17-Sep-2016
Stayed there for a weekend in Dublin. It was centrally located, at a walking distance from attractions and public transport. It was right by Stephens Green park and shopping mall. The room was clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Great central location!

Posted 12-Sep-2016
Pros: Across from Stephens Green, close to the city centre, easily accessible by bus, tram, taxi. Large room, big bathroom and VERY comfortable bed!
Cons: Of the 2 lifts in the hotel, one wouldn't stop at the 3rd floor - not a major issue but a nuisance when your room is level 3 and the other lift in use
Location: 10-15 mins walk to Temple Bar, 5 minutes to Grafton St shops and Dawson St bars/restaurants.
St Stephens Green has always been our choice when visiting Dublin but first time at this hotel and we were not disappointed. We arrived at 8:30am, obviously before check-in but the friendly reception staff took our bags, gave us all the hotel info we required and let us use the facilities. Even our street view room was great and bright - watching the horse-drawn carriages go by on Sunday morning was lovely. Room service was prompt and polite, and the food was excellent!

Nice hotel on Stephen's Green

Posted 02-Sep-2016
I have stayed here before and enjoyed it because of its location as well as comfort. The rooms are pleasantly appointed; the bathroom is spacious; and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is quite pleasant also. I recommend it highly as an excellent place to stay in Dublin.

Great location and staff was excellent.

Posted 26-Aug-2016
Pros: Location was great. Staff was very helpful. Very comfortable hotel with A/C.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Across from St. Stephen's Green. Close to hop on/hop off bus, Grafton Street, Trinity College, St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Very comfortable hotel with A/C, which was good considering temps were on warm side. Andre the night manager was exceptional in relocating us to another room (and upgrading to Jr. Suite) when our TV wouldn't work. Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly.

Average hotel in the center of the city

Posted 25-Aug-2016
Pros: Convenient location in walking distance to most attractions
Cons: Hotel requires renovation, especially bathrooms
Location: Depend on your priorities, you may find everything of interest including bars, restaurants, museums, shops, historical places, and so on.
When we checked in, they give us a room on the second floor with window-to-window with neighbor house, which was approximately 5 feet apart. After our complain, they give us other room on forth floor with window looking onto the busy street below. It was slightly noisy but acceptable, if you want to sleep. Room was big enough by European standard. It was clean, but worn out, especially bathroom with a paint peeling out from ceiling and walls, towel hanger falling out of wall, and toilet that required some force to let it operate. Breakfast was okay, but vegetables where served with a hot meal only, which you have to order (included in price). It is a three star hotel that claims themselves as four star one.

Stayed for one night on business. The location is great, very central. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I also really liked the room service menu!

Centrally located near Stephens Green Park and great shopping and dining. Comfortable rooms and a great way to end our trip to Ireland.
