The bed was very firm but the pillows were of different sizes to adjust to your comfort level. "This hotel was wonderful, nice rooms, splendid breakfast, very well located, and wonderful beds and showers. Additionally, the staff was so nice and super helpful. Patrick at the front desk was amazing. Recommended great restaurants, made is reservations, helped us with taxis, and even order some sandwiches to go as we had a very early flight. We highly recommend this hotel in Prague."
