"Room was clean staff was awsome breakfast was ok. You are close by two Walgreens so if you want to cook one night and not eat out you have the capability to get food."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was amazing Dion was so helpful. We arrived around 10am and we were able to get a room right away. I do wish the room had drawers for clothing and more hanging space I had to live out of my suitcase. The only other issue we had was a missed cleaning and we were partially to blame, as we were late leaving the room. That being said we spoke to the front desk and they get it taken care of. We loved the location close enough to the action but not stuck in the ruckus. We would definitely stay again. "

"We arrived at 11:30 pm and were very exhausted. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, and it was delicious and the waitress was very accommodating. We were able to get a spot on Bienville which made it easy for us, and we were very excited not to have to walk far so late in the evening. Thank you all very much. We are from Hammond Louisiana and decided after a cancelled flight to stay in New Orleans and we were happy with the Hotel."

"Great location, great facilities. Even have a Jazz bar and PJ coffee in the hotel itself. Pool is beautiful. Even though is in the middle of the busy area. It was quiet all the time. I appreciate that is in the middle of the party but I will prefer to stay closer to the water next time. Its quiet more calm area"

"Charles at check-in and whenever we strolled past the front desk he greeted us with a smile. Billy at Concierge was mist accommodating with the city tour. Bellman “D” (from Jamaica) was so kind and helpful with walking directions and sharing an umbrella with us. He also made sure my Uber was booked correctly."

"Amazing location, great service, the hotel itself is beautiful. We got the king bed room, the bed was comfy and the room was still dark in the morning so it was so nice we got to sleep in. However the room was super tiny but that didn’t really bothered us. The concierge was really helpful. The bar at the hotel was oir favorite from all, and the restaurant is also really good, we had breakfast there and it was great! Super recommend"

"The room itself was spacious, which was a plus, but that's where the positives end. The bed sheets were extremely thin, towels were small, and there were rats visible along the street out front. The valet service was a complete disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, no one was outside despite roughly 15 cars lining both sides of the street. I had to go inside and find a staff member sitting on his phone. The man at the front desk when we checked in told me the text system was glitchy and to call the front desk instead of texting valet for our car — advice that conflicted with what the front desk told me the next morning. The biggest issue came on our checkout day (Tuesday). I texted valet at 3:30am and was told they were unavailable. No one answered the front desk phone. I went to the lobby and waited over an hour with absolutely no staff in sight. My fiancée called a neighboring hotel under the same brand just trying to get help — that's how abandoned we felt. After an hour, a front desk employee finally walked in. When my fiancée simply asked about reaching valet, she responded with a nasty attitude. She called valet from her personal phone, and they eventually showed up and were at least apologetic. The front desk employee was not, she was rude and dismissive. We had a 6am flight and had to rush through the airport because of this failure. Completely unacceptable."
