"This is a cheap and cheerful pit stop hotel. It would benefit from a bit of maintenance and a facelift. Apart from the from desk, customer service wasn’t their strength, the evenings were overpowered by 4 large to screens with football playing that was clearly more important than the guests."

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."

After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. Konakladığımız odanın tuvaleti girişten itibaren arızalıydı. Akşama kadar onarımını bekledik ve kullanamadık. Kapılar ve klima kısmen bozuktu. Banyo kapısı kilitlenmiyordu.Çalışanlar ya da işletmeci davranış ve üslubu düzgün değildi. Sanki ücretsiz konaklama yapıyormuşuz gibi davranıyordu. Fotoğraflar verilen oda ile alakasızdı."
