The food was a highlight, with plenty of variety and great taste—especially the freshly made pancakes. The two included à la carte restaurants (Greek and Italian) were a nice touch, and easy to book via the hotel app, which also provides useful information for your stay. Allergen labelling was clear, though coffee options were limited to a jug. Service was efficient, with plenty of staff at meal times, and cleanliness throughout the resort was excellent. The room was comfortable, with nice extras like a pillow menu, free safe, and daily bottled water. However, water pressure was very low, and the walk-in shower design caused the bathroom floor to flood. Wi-Fi was poor in the rooms but excellent in communal areas and by the pools. The views towards the Albanian mountains are stunning. Free parking is available (though busy), and security at both the car park and beach entrance was reassuring. Overall, a great stay with excellent food, service, and views—just a few minor drawbacks." The family bungalow rooms are quite small and lack privacy for a family of four, particularly with older children. Bathroom ventilation and layout were also inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was the lack of halal food options. Despite booking all-inclusive, we were limited mostly to vegetarian and fish dishes. Food was not clearly labelled, and there was limited staff awareness of halal dietary requirements, which made dining stressful and restrictive. This significantly impacted our overall experience and would make it difficult to recommend the hotel to other Muslim families. In summary, a very good hotel with outstanding service, but improvements in room suitability and inclusive food options would greatly enhance the experience."
