"The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing - our only regret was that we couldn’t stay another night! The restaurant served some of the best food we have ever eaten. The steak that my wife got was SO good that she asked to speak to the chef, just to tell him it was the best steak she had EVER had in her life! We NEVER do that!"

"I have stayed in this hotel before and it’s my go to place when I just want a quiet couple of days away. The rooms are old fashioned and lovely, the restaurant is very good and there’s a nice bar. The area offers lovely countryside and places to explore and the hotel pool is very nice if you just want relax and read a book. "

"The hotel is right on the river. With both beautiful room decks and a large deck for meals and peaceful sitting time. There is an outdoor pool as well as a spa that was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable (ask for robes if you don't see them in your room). Staff all around was friendly and helpful. Look forward to a return stay someday :)"
