"NEVER STAY!!! it is a sex hotel! We booked this hotel based on the pictures thinking it was nice. The pictures it first shows are NOT the rooms you will get. It is false advertising. The roof is latex, the latex was black to be mirrored. When you touch it the whole roof jiggles, it had full hand prints on it. There was holes in the latex. LED lights everywhere and can’t change the colour. The door only locks from the outside. Listen to the bad reviews, you feel like you’re being watched. The deposit was 200$. We stayed for a few hours thinking we were overthinking the place, but we were not. Old men watching you constantly and room cleaners going late at night. Ended up leaving and paying 30$ more somewhere else for a great quality room."

"The room was clear after each day, but i could feel the carpet floor wasn't always vaccum or cleaned. There was renovation at the hotel and while the hotel said that the worker were going to start at 7:00 AM, I could often hear them working as early to 6:16 AM."

"The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau."
