There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered.
