"The Ramada can be proud of their warm and welcoming staff. The food was outstanding and the stay was most enjoyable. The pool and gym facilities were also very good. One suggestion would be weekly maintenance inspections to assure the room amenities are in working order. We found that the towel racks were loose from the wall and the tub leaked in one of our rooms and was missing the knob to select the tub."

The hotel area is huge and can be smartly utilized- staff needs to hone their social skills, food is overpriced, variety and quality below average, no kids menu. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor."
