When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area. Coffee and esspreso machine 24 hours . The staff at the front desk very helpful and friendly ,(Yawen Lee) english was great. The MRT train was just a few steps away and was very easy to use . I was able to travel taiwan ,Taipei in a snap , easy transfers . I was even able to travel to Taipei main station and catch the BULLET TRAIN ... The night market was also a few steps away as well . I will for sure be going back in the future. World gym was just down the street. BEST VACATION EVER !!!!!"
