"The room was perfect for the five of us. The staff went over and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, including holding our luggage when we arrived super early after our cruise disembarked. The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a long journey. When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing some renovations so the building was a smidge disheveled but given the staff we encountered I don't believe that it will remain that way long."

"I travel a lot for work and at a project a week to two months so I need a place that is quiet with kitchen to cook. Plenty of parking for larger truck. Do not like having to pay for parking and bed was way too soft. Had to flip over mattress and sleep on coil side yet it was much better for my back. Nice to get maid service every 3-4 days. Would stay here again and decent pricing. "

"This place is tired and desperately in need of renovation. The public places were not clean. At first we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, and were then shown to a different one that was fine but only had one set of towels for the 2 of us to share. This place has great potential, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good - but I would not stay here again."

"The elevator went down 3 of the days we stayed we were on the 3rd floor we had a service dog but still ended up paying fees for her overall we would stay again"
