"This property is a real gem! Everything you would want in a beach stay. The floorplan and space is well designed; kitchen, living room and dining area are all very comfortable. The partial ocean view is visible throughout the space, including while sitting at the dining room table. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms clean and functional. The location is great--just a few blocks walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown. We loved it and would return!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an amazing house in a great location just back from the quiet beach front road. The house is conducive to relaxed family time, cooking big meals, people coming and going from the beach, to hiking at Cape Perpetua, sampling the restaurants in Yachats. Everything was well taken care of and beautiful! We will definitely be back again and again."
