"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"The hotel is right in the center with a large parking garage right next to it. if you are driving make sure you drive in the correct road instead of google map. the hotel sent the instructions prior to the arrival, make sure you read all of them. I was in the room courtyard facing so it's quiet. room doesn't really have amenity expect the shampoo/shower gel combo. recommended to bring your own. bathroom doesn't drain well. and there's only one small bottle of complimentary water per person per stay. no refill. breakfast is decent , has fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh made eggs. the location is great, you can basically walk anywhere in the city from here. staff are friendly."

"Great location and one of the nicest atmospheres in a hotel we’ve come across! Very impressed overall, we did stay at the deluxe/ premium and it was a bit smaller than pictured, the bathroom is aesthetic but not closed off fully from the bedroom. Wish there was more closet space and seemed to get very dusty quickly. Parking is difficult as you cannot access via car / van thru the narrow alley and must park at garage. Huge shoutout to Rafa, Jose, and the turn down service cleaning lady! They made a wonderful impression."

"We had a great stay at Es Princep and will return someday. The beautifully-designed Es Princep is located within walking distance to all of the incredible sights of the old city of Palma. This is important to note as we discovered it was faster to walk (8-12 minutes) than wait 5 minutes for a taxi (8 Euros). We were consistently greeted and served by an excellent front-desk team. They helped us to: plan our sightseeing trips, get our car from the garage, obtain tickets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma (Gaudi’s modifications), and recommended excellent local restaurants. Additionally, the food and staff in their delicious breakfast buffet were top notch. As was the housekeeping staff who were all hardworking and friendly."
