I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

The apartment is great as is the pool, and marco who looks after it is very nice. There is absolutely nothing in the area, you need to get the 37 bus to Florence if you want to eat or drink anything. The co-op is closed from 8pm and all day Sunday, the only restaurant closed down recently so at 7:30pm on a Saturday we found ourselves with nowhere whatsoever to eat. We had bread that we bought earlier at the shop, and on Sunday we ate in Florence before getting the bus back - be careful, half of the buses don’t turn up
Recommended for sure if you have a car, the complex is excellent, but the local village is desolate

The roof bar has a great view of the City worth visiting whether you stay or not. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lighting was minimal. Our private room was clean and well stocked with essentials, beds were clean and comfy and changed everyday. The hotel was in a great location and had security on the door which helped us feel safe, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money!
