Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Cannot say the same about the owners, which apparently don’t pay the former good enough salaries for their superb work, leading them to ask for additional guest disbursements upon checkout. One would think that paying such prices plus the restaurant plus the tips, everyone would be adequately compensated. Apparently this is not the case in this high-end establishment.

"A pousada tem quarto bem confortável. Apesar da água salgada, disponibiliza água doce pro banho. Ficamos no chalé 2 e tinha um cheiro ruim. Acredito que pela água… O serviço é bom mas na tinha cerveja gelada, água de coco, suco de laranja, e quase na havia disponibilidade de frutas locais para drinks, ..."
