"Wow, we had a fantastic time on our vacation here! Jill was so sweet - she communicated well before we arrived and was there to welcome us to the property and give us tips (go eat at Pangea and Lionfish!). The place was huge, clean, and the location was great. We could walk out to the beach and grab a drink next door. I hope to come back soon!"

"Beautiful view. Spacious and clean room. Michael was a helpful host who gave useful recommendations. The check in/out process was super simple and stress free. Close to the ferry to St. John’s which was convenient. I am excited to stay here again in the future!"

"Fantastic location and grounds which made up for the shortcomings of the unit we were assigned (A301). We paid quite a lot of money and to get a room with permanent dirty oil stains on the tile throughout, a broken bathroom lock being held together with a allen key (no kidding), located right over the restaurant with great food but a loud extractor fan going all day, and other obvious wear and tear was rather disappointing. Positives were the unit was spacious and had a pretty good. I would consider staying again but I will request a different unit and if not try to find somewhere else."

"The host of this property was excellent. She responded to all my questions right away. The property was just has described. It is in an excellent location with multiple restaurants with in walking distance. The beach is right there and plenty of places to snorkel."

"Our family group of 5 adults & 3 children stayed in this 2-story, end unit property in July 2026. We loved it! Julie stopped by to welcome us shortly after we arrived. She was so friendly & helpful. She answered our questions, gave us tips on navigating the island, & provided recommendations of places to visit & eat. She went out of her way to find us a container of distilled water when she wasn't sure if they'd have any at the market. The property was very well-kept, clean, & had all the amenities we needed. Our unit was the only one with a patio, & we enjoyed spending time on it every evening to eat, relax, read, & play games. There were planned power blackouts, but this unit has a generator, so we didn't even notice. Having the beach such a short distance from the front door was perfect, & there were some days that we were practically the only ones on our beautiful section of beach. There was a lot of sargassum in the water/along the beach on this side of the island, but it sounds like that isn't typical, & staff worked diligently to clean it up & dispose of it daily. It didn't keep us out of the water. Snorkeling was good here at Sapphire Beach & at the other free (and seaweed-free) beaches we visited (Coki Beach, Secret Harbour, and Maho Beach-St. John). We were happy with all three restaurants where we chose to eat which were within walking distance. We did take a taxi to a market to get food to make some meals in our unit, too. We definitely recommend and would return!"

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We have never been to St. Thomas before, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Unit was clean, property had everything needed for a pleasant stay (coffee shop, beach bar, multiple restaurants), and views were amazing. There are many different buildings in the Sapphire Beach Resort, but this building (A) has the best beach views!! The beach chairs in the unit were so convenient to have, as it allowed for us to set up right on the shoreline in the shade. Unit is perfect for a couple getting away, and the property is safe and family friendly. Hosts were accommodating and quick to respond. We will stay here again!"
