The location of this hotel is perfect and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to everything. We paid for the breakfast and honestly didn’t get to take advantage of it for half the time due to leaving early for tours and things so if you are likely going to leave ask if you can do it by day. Staff were incredibly kind with letting us store luggage before our room was ready, let us have coffee when we had to catch our uber at 6am and felt safe the entire time we were there. Would stay again in a heart beat.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

Excellent small family hotel right in the heart where you want to be breakfast was excellent fresh fruit tons of different breads, cheeses, eggs made to order
Very friendly and accommodating staff. We would go again. Highly recommended. Worth the money !

Wonderfully well designed rooms. We booked their suite and LOVED the huge jacuzzi tub. It was my husband’s birthday and the staff was super kind and surprised us with a bottle of champagne. They also set up a 4:30 am taxi service to the airport for us. Close to airport but also walking distance to the heart of Lisbon. Hope to go back soon.
