"Thank you for a great week. The house was just as described. The setting is beautiful and very private and the house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the easy access to the private beach and the kayaks were a great addition. The management team was always available and helpful. We look forward to going back!"

"The home was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The home accommodated our family quite well and the outdoor fire pit enabled us to have nice family time at night. I highly recommend this home.On the improvement side:The ice maker does not work on the refrigerator and there were only two very cheap plastic trays available to make ice. I suggest at least having a bag of ice available for the next check-in. One area for improvement concerns the 2 bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms on the main floor -they are tub step in with no bar assists; also the toilets are low. For senior renters this is more difficult.Overall however, a wonderful home and we would rent this again."

"Scott is a very sweet individual. Not only are there supplies to help travelers, but everything is labeled and has clear instructions from cabinets to machinery. He's punctual, professional, and overall a gracious host.It feels like home away from home, with books and board games if you don't want the screen time. There are also binders for guests to not only get information/rules for the house, but also local attractions, beaches,restaurants, and even grocery stores so everyone knows where everything is and how long it takes to get there! To Scott, we had a lovely time and hope to rent from you again someday! Thank you so much for everything!"

"This property is everything you dream about along the Cape! Relaxing, serene, and cozy! My son had a wonderful time fishing a few steps along the beach. I enjoyed sitting outside every minute of the day. Even in the rain, it was a beautiful stay. Rick, the neighbor was an added bonus to chat with and learn about the historic community. I have met friends for the next time I book!"

"Our VRBO was clean and cozy. It's a second floor unit. There are 20 steps to reach it. It has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. The host was very pet friendly. There is no cable TV it is all streaming. It was quiet and close to the canal. The host was friendly and pleasant to talk to."

"First off, the location was amazing. I was a little worried about the property’s proximity to train tracks, but there are maybe 3 trains that pass by all day. Plus it was great for viewing the railroad bridge in Buzzard’s Bay go up and down. Easy walk over the bridge to beautiful Buzzard’s Bay Park which has concerts, a splash pad and workout area. Short walk to great restaurants like East Wind Lobster and Grill. Easy drive to Stop and Shop for groceries. Only complaint was that there were a lot of ants in the house, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my vacation. Outdoor area is substantial with three small decks. The backyard could use a little landscaping and TLC, but still a great place to sip morning coffee. The owner was super responsive to all of my needs. If I am ever back in the area, I would love to stay here again. Definitely outstanding value for the money. I was with my wife, 16 year old son and 13 and 10 year old daughters."
