You’ll love this stunning, newer, top floor, corner unit condo located in Lakewood National Golf and Country Club. Lakewood National is a one-of-a-kind, Arnold Palmer designed 36 hole championship golf course and community set within the larger, master planned community of Lakewood Ranch. This property offers 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms. Your family and friends will enjoy beautiful sunsets on the lanai and gathering in the open concept, spacious living room, gourmet kitchen and sunny dining room. This home is professionally decorated, fully furnished and “move-in” ready. Each room offers a captivating selection of tasteful, high end furnishings and is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath including a step-in shower and granite vanity. The master has a king bed, a walk-in closet and linen closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom right around the corner. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hallway. The condo is equipped with Spectrum TV and smart locks, and there is an oversized storage room, perfect for keeping your bicycles, golf equipment and luggage. Access the 4th floor is via stairs or elevator.

Your rental includes membership to all Lakewood National CC resort-style amenities, including the grand clubhouse, beach entry lagoon pool, casual poolside dining (tiki bar), state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocci ball court, golf and tennis pro shops, a full-service spa, and so much more. Want to cool off without heading over to clubhouse? Relax by the satellite pool, just a few steps away.
