"Most comfortable bed and bedding I have ever slept on. The room had a nice view. There was a very large brown stain on the carpet which really bothered my daughter. There is a nice vending machine downstairs. Shopping at the Prudential shopping center very close to hotel."
"Great hotel. Love the history and location. Everyone is very friendly. We had an issue with our TV they came up pretty quick to fix it and gave us free breakfast for the trouble. Well worth the price. My husband asked for a water bottle every time he walked in the door and they happily obliged. "
"The staff really go above and beyond in customer service no questions were left unanswered, and assistance with finding our way around Boston.
Special shout out to Maya, she really was helpful and considerate of our needs.
Loved the property location which made our first time in Boston so much more special. If we are ever back in the area we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks again"
"Only con which in my opinion isn’t truly a con is the rooms are small. Get the window upgrade totally worth it. Other then a small room everything is else is outstanding. Comfortable bed, easy check in and check out, everything can be done from provided iPad, common areas are wonderful!. Excellent location! Walk to Fenway! step out to Newbury street! Rail station across the street! I would definitely 100% stay again. "
"The hotel staff were exceptional. The hotel is a bit dated but totally acceptable. Perfect hotel for walking to local sites. I would stay again for sure. "
