"The staff was very friendly. We arrived quite late—around 4 a.m.—but our room was still available, which was a relief. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast since we slept in, but check-out was at 12 p.m., which was a nice surprise as I had thought it was at 11. Overall, everything went smoothly and we had a good stay."

"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel in Luquillo. The place is beautiful and extremely clean — they do a great job keeping everything spotless. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. The staff, although few, were very attentive and welcoming. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. It would be nice if they provided coffee in the rooms since they already include a coffee pot and cups. Also, the continental breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade — mostly boxed pastries and sugary cereals like Froot Loops. It would be great to have some fresh options like bagels, baked goods from a local bakery, or healthier choices like oatmeal. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would definitely come back!"

"The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. "
