"Free breakfast daily with many hot and cold options. Check-in and out was simple. Hotel felt clean and safe and my children enjoyed the pool and s'mores by the fire pit. Friendly staff and great place for families. I really liked that the rooms do NOT have carpet. Hotel is off the main road and within walking distance of a grocery store which is nice also. "

"The place is located on Sugar Mountain. Very short drive to Banner Elk for breakfast and other restaurants. Bed is comfy. Had trouble connecting to wireless WiFi. Small, but cozy. Has nice deck looking into woods. Had a little trouble finding building G in the dark because you have to actually drive past the address on map to the next road."

"This place was great! I booked it just to use their pool and hot tub. Called the host (Vrbo) to see if it was open, but they did what I did, they just looked up the website to see if it was open or not and told me "it says on their website that it's not open." Got there and spent many nights at the hot tub:) I understand they don't own the property, but still, they should have contacted the property manager to ask. Lack of communication with their own place they are using to rent for the public....

"The condo was nice and clean. It was close to the resort, but I wouldn't say it was close enough to walk with all your gear. My only complaint is the couch is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever laid down on. Other than that everything was nice. The loft area is really neat. If you have

"This condo is well appointed and clean. The pictures are an accurate reflection of the living areas. The beds are mostly comfortable and the furniture is comfy. The pool and tennis court were nice as well. My only gripe is the Internet which was annoying as you have to keep logging into it so wouldn't recommend for someone trying to work from home. But otherwise the place is great and the location is wonderful. Would stay here again."

"The condo had a nice cozy feel. We really enjoyed the living room area and the bear-themed decor throoughout the place. The couch was very comfortable. We appreciated the location of the tv where you do not have to crane your neck. We liked the kitchen table to sit and eat and work at our laptops. It was great having everything stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, it was wonderful enabling our dog to stay with us without any weight restrictions, and he was able to feel at home. ...
