The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Avoid this property at all costs.
We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible.
Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

"Considering that this is a no frills stay in the country, it is well organized and suited my needs fine. The room, which a neighbor to the property helped me access, was equipped with kitchen facilities, including a rare refrigerator. It had a fan which was needed on a super hot week. All was clean, ..."
