"I honestly was pretty shocked, the price was cheap so I was expecting a pretty bummy place. But it’s decent. Sure a few stains here and there in the bathroom and what not but it’s a motel so that’s to be expected. Staff were friendly, room was clean, they even have a keurig in the lobby and a huge selection of k pods you can get from the vending machine.
Definitely would stay here again when I visit family next. "
"The hotel was very good; having the Kelsey's restaurant attached was a real bonus. BUT the bathroom was definitely not designed with older or disabled people in mind. The side of the bathtub was high, making a bath and/or shower very difficult; the toilet was VERY low. It would be good to have some "accessible" rooms with walk-in shower and raised toilet on offer."
"I had a check in issue (my problem, not the Super 8) and it was resolved quickly & easily. The lady at the desk was very accomodating.
Also, we had booked two nights as my granddaughter was playing in a soccer tournament. However, due to the high temperatures the tournament was shortened so we didn't need the 2nd night. I asked if we could cancel the 2nd night and the they let us even though we were well past the 11 am checkout time. All we were charged was a $20 late checkout fee which I thought was very reasonable on the part of the facility as they could have just said we booked the second night so we had to pay for it.
Also, as continental breakfasts go this one was much better than typical. In addition to the usual bagels, toast, cold cereal, etc. it also had scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and even hardboiled eggs. The dining area was also bright and quite spacious.
Overall, a very nice facility that I would certainly stay at again."
