"Facility is very clean and rooms are nice, especially for a business trip that required a lengthy stay. I did have to ask for change of sheets and towels, in which they were left on the couch and I had to change my own bedding when I came back in late from working all day. The bar is not manned with a person - the person working the desk is the bartender. If you want as nice place with a nice spacious room, kitchen and living area, this is a good place."

"The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"

"The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The coffee was good (White Chocolate Latte was really good). I will be staying here again whenever I am home."

"Our family had a fantastic stay in this Vrbo- it is a comfortable, well-stocked house with beautiful furniture and decor, a nice deck, and comfortable bedrooms and beds. Even better than we expected from the photos! Everything in the home is convenient and well thought-out. It is located in a nice neighborhood. The host responded quickly to our questions. I have only positive feedback. Thank you so much!!"
