Jennifer’s Charming Stay Walk to Brown University

Excellent rental near Brown and RISD

"This property and the owner are top notch. The rental is more expensive than others in Providence, but we felt that the value was terrific. The management was easy to contact and answered queries quickly. They thought about the check-in and staying experience--all of which was seamless, unlike other experiences we've had. The apartment is spotless and spacious, with a private bedroom--excellent, comfortable mattress--and a full living room and dining room. There is a fold-down bed in the living room, which gave our adult son privacy and his own place to sleep. The kitchen has all all appliances (new), and there are cooking and serving utensils, as well as starter coffee, etc for those who haven't planned ahead. There is also a washer and drier, which were extremely convenient for road travelers. Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design are very close by, as are Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Fox Point neighborhood is a healthy walk or quick drive away for specialty shops (great wine store--Campus Fine Wines), restaurants, etc. Parking overnight in Providence can be a challenge, but this property allows one car to park nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood, and it put us close to friends who we came to visit. We would stay here again."

Great stay

"Our family of four stayed here for two nights. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was within walking distance of shops, trails, etc. Our only issue was with the valet service, which we paid $40 per day for: on our last day the attendant didn’t show up, so we had to schlep all of our luggage blocks to our car."

Huge historic Eastside home - walk to Brown, RISD

Charming, spacious house in the perfect location

"The check-in process was perfectly simple, the house was clean and had ample space for all the adults in our party to mingle and have quiet time if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking implements, and there are many grocery stores near by. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had come up, and so very kind! Would stay here again in a heartbeat when coming back. "

"We were in Providence, RI for a National Gymnastics competition. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Outside the city in East Providence but just a short drive to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment was newly renovated and clean. I was impressed with the stock items provided in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. It had everything we needed!"
