The Spa Hotel

"Attentive staff, a beautiful room, and ideally situated for The Pantiles, with the beautiful park right on the doorstep. Even though it ’s close to the road, it felt so quiet and safe. We loved our stay here, thank you! The only negative was breakfast on our last morning. We were charged for espresso drinks when what we received was actually filter coffee, which is included in the breakfast price. Having enjoyed some really good breakfasts in town that were also less expensive, we felt the hotel breakfast fell a little short in comparison."

"Loved our stay, the spa and facilities were perfect, room very comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for you expecially the breakfast staff. You must try the lovely English wine on their menu it is beautiful."

"Lovely atmosphere great staff Ask for a quiet room at the back. Our room was at the front, such a shame we had very little sleep due to the traffic noise."

"It’s been three months and seven days since u took the rain away I go out every night and sleep all day Since you took the rain away Since it’s been gone I can do whatever I want I can see whomever I choose I can eat my dinner in your fancy restaurant But nothing I said nothing can take away these blues 'Cause nothing compares, Nothing compares to your outdoor pool."

"We had a lovely stay here - our second time in a couple of years. Friendly staff throughout the stay, easy parking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the courtyard was enjoyable in the sun with a couple of drinks."
