"I was refused a key card for my room after I left my room key cards and wallet in the room. I was told I couldn't get a new one if I dont have identification, but how can I if my wallet is in the room? Also rooms doors were hard to stay closed and drain was broken. Room itself was clean and view was amazing!"

"The hotel is very nice, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff are exceptional. Staying over and catching an early flight with lots of luggage can be stressful. The doorman was also the shuttle driver for our stay and he was really communicative and kind. The foods were really solid and the beer selection was local. Enjoyed looking out on Boston Harbor for dinner. Great service too. Definitely will go back."
