reasonable. Check in was madness as there were a lot of tour groups from a bus trying to check in at the same time. Transfer from airport was good, however I tried to call the hotel to confirm the times (they were about 10 mins late picking up based on scheduled times) and no one at the hotel answered after phoning around 5 times. Shopping center right by the hotel which was very useful."
