"We love staying at Hampton Inn in Astoria and this time we were taken aback by a couple of things. There were large lint pieces on the floor in the room that needed picked up as well as in the hallway (we did not pick them up in hallway). I think having the coffee maker in the bathroom is just plain GROSS. Around the base of the tub was smudges and hair!!! Also a couple of large spots on the bathroom floor that seemed almost waxy that I cleaned up. This is a first for staying in this style of room and we were shocked to see coffee maker in bathroom. When we made the coffee it was so weak I thought we accidently made tea! It was undrinkable. I feel like the money we paid to stay there we should not have experienced any of these issues! We were sad to feel disappointed this trip."
