We had a tour super early, we let them know with anticipation and they had a box lunch ready to go for us. "No welcome gesture. Terrible experience at the reception. Gentleman showed up and he couldn’t find my reservation. He stated interrogating me. He keep on calling someone and will not show me the room. No fan. No AC. No heating for winter months. "
