"Wonderfully warm, clean pool; fabulous breakfast (whole food, hot foods, sweets, all high quality) and the cafe style room very clean, organized, and comfortable. While the building is due for some updates/refurb, don’t let that first impression throw you off - this place is great. I would choose it over any other hotel in the area. Also you cannot beat the location - walkable to everywhere and sits tight on the best portion of the beach. "

"It's not a fancy "resort" as the name suggests, but it is just what you need at the beach. The room was clean and spacious. We had a pet-friendly room, and there were lots of "extras" for our dog---stainless steel food and water bowls, two towels for after-beach walks, treats, a blanket, and the couch was covered in a soft, washable cover so we felt good about letting our dog curl up beside us. The staff were friendly. The hot tub was not too hot and placed right at a window overlooking the ocean. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable."
