"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. "Stayed in a junior suite which was a nice size but the furniture and curtains were all very stained and dirty to the point they should be replaced. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly either and there were liquid stains on the walls. Bed was very uncomfortable, unless you like an extremely firm mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"This hotel was fine for checking into before a 2.30am flight the next morning. The lunchtime buffet was fine (approx £20 each). Room was in pretty good condition, but the shower leaked slightly. Could have done with better TV channels. Not much for English travellers. The 11pm shuttle was a bit of a bunfight to get into. Not sure what happened to the people who didn't fit into it! The building causes a lot of shade, so you don't get much sun in the afternoon."
