Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe.

Pros: Super Lage.
Cons: Die Matratzen waren zu hart.
Super Busverbindung . Servicepersonal war top. Die Poollandschaft ist perfekt. Ich kann das Hotel zum super Preis nur weiterempfehlen .

prima hotel netjes maar weinig informatie verstrekt bij inchecken. Wij wisten niet dat je het deurpasje in het lichtknopje moet doen om licht te krijgen op je kamer.

Posted 25-Apr-2016Disappointing from arrival. We had a package delivered to the hotel which arrived the day before our arrival and the hotel staff seemed to not know anything. We called the company delivering the package certifying the hotel accepted it the day before and the staff was still up in arms. It was not until my husband started getting really stern with the staff with everyone watching that the package finally appeared. Of course after the package appeared my husband thanked them and apologized for getting agitated. Arriving in our room the room is just a little dated. Not sure what kind of 4 star hotel uses sheets that look like is meant for a childs bedroom. The worse part was how hot it was. The hotel takes the AC off until summer. Slept with the balcony door open every night. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The view from the balcony was great but the plastic chair and table were far less desireable. The rooms amenities were not great either. One has to rent the safe box. One has to leave a deposit of 20 Euro to get an iron. The phone hardly worked and ended having to go to reception in order to ask them something. The tub/shower is less than 1/3 partially covered which means when taking a shower there is water everywhere on the floor. The toiletries were not great either, didn't use them after the first night. Breakfast at the hotel was one of the better experiences, however, did not enjoy the dinner, go elsewhere. The panoramic elevators weren't working either.

Posted 28-Jan-2016 on HotelsSolo permanecimos en el hotel para comer y domir, el resto del tiempo tuvimos que desplazarnos con nuestro vehíclo a zonas más ambientadas, como el centro del pueblo o la zona de Levante. Un lástima que no haya ambiente en esta zona. El hotel en sí está bien. Les pediría una mejora en algunos miembro del pesonal. Es cierto que había muchos residentes MAYORES; por eso precisamente se necesita pesonal con más paciencia. La atención telefónica deja un poco que desear.

Grand hôtel à rénover
Posted 27-Jan-2016 on HotelsJe suis venue rendre visite à maman. J'ai réservé la chambre au Bali car nous étions trop nombreux à la maison. Cependant, pour un hôtel de cette classe, plusieurs choses m'ont décue : carrelages abimés dans la salle de bains, joints silicone déchirés, chambre de mon frère puait la sigarette (il a demandé une autre chambre), téléphone inutilisable (et pas de mode d'emploi),... Il est grand temps de passer à quelques travaux !Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Pros: The cleaning lady who was very pleasant.
Cons: Staff could be more pleasant.
Location: Because of the location of the Bali Hotel, there is not of places of interest. The only way to get about is by hiring a car or taxis
On arrival at the hotel queues at check in desk were horrendous due to key cards not being operational because of computer errors. Had to wait 45 minutes for bell boy to open doors to room manually and thereafter after two hours had to stand again to collect updated key card. I appreciate at this time of the year staff are under a lot of pressure but in their capacity should be more capable of handling clients accordingly but certainly were far from pleasant and certainly did not have the Christmas spirit. Meals were adequate nothing to rave about! Beds were very hard if you didn't have a bad back when you arrived you certainly had one when you left. So disappointed as the Bali Hotel is the largest in Benidorm but is certainly not to be recommended and is now quite dated as I am led to believe dining room/restaurants/bedrooms have never been updated. I hope this information is of assistance to future clients.
