The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"Our room service was not good, but it may be subjective. They have over 1000 rooms so maybe the person who is cleaning our rooms was not motivated. Food is awesome. Service is really nice and friendly to children."

"Had an amazing honeymoon, staffs did amazing, very kind, lady who was the manager was present at breakfast making sure all ok and addressed any issue if occurred, she explained how to bake walnut cake which was really sweet. We had sea view room, airy, comfortable, temperature and cleanness was superb, pool and private beach was absolutely amazing. We had Michelin star dinner experience which was incredible, cocktails to die for! Recommend the zumbie, my absolute new favourite. Can’t thank enough for making our honeymoon so special with little touches and spa experience, Steph and staff at spa, reception and our complementary wine and rose. Highly recommended "

"I absolutely love this place! For me it’s the perfect hotel - adults only, not too big or small, gorgeous outside, communal spaces and rooms, and great food and drinks. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating as well - nothing feels like too much. We had a late flight and so paid a little extra for a late checkout and we were upgraded to a swim up room for our last day which was the perfect end to our stay. The newly opened spa and gym were also a great addition and we used them a couple times during our stay. Lastly, the local area was also really convenient with a beach, shop and restaurants all within minutes away. We’ll definitely be returning soon!"
