On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés. In the evenings, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the pool bar, where there were fun events and great music. Bob and the rest of the team were always cheerful and eager to prepare our favorite drinks, the energy made every night special. The food was fantastic throughout our stay. In Turquoise restaurant, Oyatullokh provided five-star service. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!"
