"This was a great space! Easy to get to, easy to access, more than enough room. Thanks again!"

"We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff."

"parking was secure. clean and safe town. backyard wasn't up to what ad pictures shows. ac unit was loud next to bedrooms. no counterspace on one of the bathrooms. great water pressure in the showers. overall-would recommend staying in and in Schaumburg."

"It was not cleaned well too many animals and they had roaches. Even had bugs smashed on the walls. Then woke up to roaches in the tub"

"The hotel could not locate my reservation I made through Hotels.com - even after providing my phone with the confirmation email notification. Once we checked in after 45 minutes of an ordeal we checked into a filthy room that stunk. Floor and towels were not cleaned and the carpet had black stains on it. The mattress was worn out and sank and the sheets and covers stunk. Horrible experience! The breakfast was disappointing! We will never stay in a residence property again!"

"Such a beatiful home, inside and out! This estate is the perfect location when in the Chicago area. The home has great amenities. My collegues and I had no issues and each of us highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay."
