Cons: Better signage outside the hotel to easily find the hotel.
Location: Close to the train station which has a lot of shops inside. Great shopping place.
Great hotel near Central Stazione. Convenient location within 5 minutes walk to the train and metro station. Clean, modern, great size room. Great for families. Good breakfast buffet.

Great location and very spacious suite Other people have commented on the expense of the wifi at 12.5 euro's per day. Yes that is expensive but if you take up the upgrade offer, you get free wifi and a well stocked mini bar for just 12 euro's per day which is good value.

Location: it's in the center of milan and handy to the duomo and via buenos aires with all its clothing stores
everything was great. couldn't recommend it more highly. about to stay in another una hotel in milan

Great hotel with good location
Posted 27-May-2014Hard to find the hotel, it is not located on the street. The room was newly renovated and very nice. The location was close to the central station, with 30 min walk from the Dome. Metro station from the central station if you don´t want to walk. Good breakfast and free minibar with beer, juice and water.

Posted 21-May-2014Pros: Room excellent we paid for a larger room and well worth it. Suited our needs as we were travelling on from Milan via train.
Cons: Hotel being refurbished so sure it will be great when finished.
Location: Very near to tour bus stop, Metro and City station so this enabled us to see most of the sights in our time there.
Excellent hotel for our stay, staff v.helpful and room excellent. This room was on 16th floor with lovely views of city althoug hotel is being refurbished so some rooms may not be as good until work complete. Staff v.helpful re directions to trains and city, eating places etc.

Posted 13-May-2014Pros: The size of the apartment was excellent; they are currently refurbishing to a very high standard. Staff extremely helpful.
Cons: They are due to refurbish the breakfast room, etc, so improvements are in hand.

Posted 02-May-2014Pros: The staff on reception were brilliant. Efficient, helpful and gave us maps, directions and places of interest to visit etc. Inclusive breakfast too!
Cons: Nothing.
Location: On the edge of the city centre in the business district but close to central station and metro links. All major tourist sites in walking distance.
We booked a two night stay and was upgraded on our arrival. Given a refurbished room which was large, airey, spotlessly clean with an enormous bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
