very clean and quiet hotel

Only stayed one night but this is a perfect hotel to get a good nights sleep and get to the train station which is only a 5 minute walk. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly Excellent bedding and very quiet and clean room. Also a very good breakfast was included.

Pros: location was great
Location: train station and metro lines are close by as well as the tram.
Hotel has great rooms, super clean with plenty of toiletries like slippers, robe, various pill options, manicure kits and many more. It is close to several restaurants and has great access to public transportation.

Pros: modern, bright, clean and great air-condition! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Milan
Cons: Better signage outside the hotel to easily find the hotel.
Location: Close to the train station which has a lot of shops inside. Great shopping place.
Great hotel near Central Stazione. Convenient location within 5 minutes walk to the train and metro station. Clean, modern, great size room. Great for families. Good breakfast buffet.

Pros: Lovely spacious clean room. Staff were friendly & helpful. Great location for access to Metro & central Station.
Great location and very spacious suite Other people have commented on the expense of the wifi at 12.5 euro's per day. Yes that is expensive but if you take up the upgrade offer, you get free wifi and a well stocked mini bar for just 12 euro's per day which is good value.

Pros: the decor service food, everything was superb
Cons: nothing
Location: it's in the center of milan and handy to the duomo and via buenos aires with all its clothing stores
everything was great. couldn't recommend it more highly. about to stay in another una hotel in milan

Great hotel with good location

Hard to find the hotel, it is not located on the street. The room was newly renovated and very nice. The location was close to the central station, with 30 min walk from the Dome. Metro station from the central station if you donĀ“t want to walk. Good breakfast and free minibar with beer, juice and water.

Great hotel, lousy customer service

We initially thought that renovations had been recently completed, because everything looked and even smelled so new. The corridors and rooms were beautifully ultra-modern, the room was spacious, the bathroom was gorgeous (with that European rarity, the full shower enclosure that keeps the water from splashing all over the floor), and the first night was quiet. Until the construction began at 8:00 a.m. sharp - jackhammering right over our heads jarred us awake much earlier than we had planned. It was right above us, but you could hear it throughout the hotel. Had anyone warned us that the renovations weren't finished and would begin at ear-splitting level promptly at 8 a.m., we wouldn't have stayed out late the night before. But no one mentioned it at all, even though we specifically emphasized the importance of a quiet room. Nor was this an isolated oversight in customer service. When we returned to the hotel the second evening (early enough to get a good night's sleep before 8 a.m.!), we found we couldn't get onto the free wifi. I called the desk and was told that guests had to re-register for free wifi every 24 hours. No one had mentioned this when we registered the first time, or we would have re-registered on our way back up to the room. I asked if I could re-register by phone, and was told no - I had to appear personally at the front desk. This is a hotel run without a clue about customer service - which is such a tremendous waste since the hotel was otherwise perfect.
