Don't know how this got a two star rating.

Pros: The microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Cons: Just about everything. See above.
The room was disappointing. The carpet needs to be replaced. The bed sheets just barely covered the bed. The noise level was disturbing. The bathroom had soap dispensers on the wall. The "free breakfast" was stale bread you could toast, a generic fruit loops type cereal, and a generic unsweetened flakes type cereal. Your choice of drinks were coffee, pre-made tea, and "juice" drinks that probably didn't have any juice in them at all. There were maybe 15 channels to choose from on the TV, one in Spanish. It was nice to have a small microwave and refrigerator, but that certainty did not make up for what it lacked.

Pros: Check-out.
Cons: Stay elsewhere.
Check-in took forever, as everything was hand-written. My room was cold; my brother's room was very, very cold. I was told by the guy at the front desk that the heat had been turned off for the season and the air conditioning had been turned on and nothing could be done about that. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The snotty girl at the front desk begrudgingly gave me 2 tiny bars of soap and told me I could go to housekeeping myself to ask to fill the dispensers. While I was getting the run-around from her, another group was complaining that their room was too hot, the air conditioning was not working, and they had no toilet paper. Even though the rooms were no-smoking rooms, they smelled badly of cigarette smoke. The walls of the room either had no insulation or were paper-thin; outside conversations sounded as though they were right at our door. The security guard who gave me blankets and the housekeeping girl who filled the soap dispensers were helpful, but the front desk staff did not care in the least about any of the problems the guests had. This place was a bare-bones, no-frills operation. I will never again stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites.

OK hotel for leisure

Posted 07-Jun-2015
Pros: The staff was friendly. I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the toiletries provided.
Cons: The aesthetic appeal for sure! It looks washed out. Additionally, a more modern TV.
Location: The hotel is located by convenient fast food places and a mall is located on the other side of the freeway.
My experience with this hotel was mediocre. The best part of it was that there was not many people staying at this hotel, and I was able to park at the hotel in front of my door. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries provided from the hotel were nice as well. The bathroom was rather small for my taste. The TV was out-dated. The TV remote had no batteries in it and was chipped from a previous stay, I'm assuming. The walls could use a paint job, additionally. I think the price was a little too much for what the room was worth.

NOT recommended

Posted 13-May-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: questionable neighborhood
Outdoor access to room in a questionable neighborhood. The room next to us was closed off by the police due to a meth lab bust. The room was very outdated and felt unclean.

drove up and noticed that there was a condemned sign on one of the rooms near the office.. went to the room noticed the run down furniture, filthy vents over the clothes hangers which was out side the bathroom. The bathroom walls was in need of a cleaning and painting. and repair..looked like a few small boys had stayed there and missed the toilet and hit the walls. I will have to say that the toilet, sink, and shower were clean, also the sheets were clean

Old property in need to updates and repairs

Posted 03-Mar-2015 on Hotels
Well from the outside this hotel is less than inviting, need of paint, sidewalk repairs, better snow and ice removal in the parking area around the side where my room was. The room is also wore and old but it was clean and mostly comfortable. The TV quality was awful and neither remote worked.

Helpful Staff!

Posted 03-Feb-2015 on Hotels
The hotel staff was helpful in directing me to surrounding services. The shower curtain was too short, allowing water to drain onto the floor. I notified the staff and they replace the curtain immediately. Good Service.

Needs updating but good stay

Closest hotel to the Deltaplex so we stay here for daughters Cheerleading Competition often. Always get great service and the rooms are very clean. Rooms could use updating and some sprucing but the price is the best around. You get a clean comfortable stay so we keep coming back.
