Not as it appears in the photos

Pros: Size of the room and the location.
Cons: All of the above listed issues!!
Location: Right by the 4/6 Tram Stop and M2 subway.
This hotel had the following major flaws: - The shower had broken and missing tiles on the floor. - The first night that I stayed there was no hot water. - My room was only cleaned/made up once in 6 nights, otherwise they only replace you towels. - Speaking of towels they are the size of a postage stamp and not what you'd call luxurious - I've had better in a Best Western - The Bathroom was not exactly what you would call clean when I arrived with stray hairs in all the corners - The Bidet waste pipe was just kind of sitting on the floor (bidet was wall hung) - For €25 the breakfast in the main Boscolo Hotel dining room was lacking in choice, I would not reccomend unless it's included in your package. The Stansted Airport Hitlon has a better breakfast and does not purport to be 5* - Limited TV channels - I had booked a King bed and got twin single beds Otherwise the room is very spacious, and the lounge area and deck are nice. The property should not be advertising as 5 star though. If I had gone into it knowing the above I possibly would have booked elsewhere for a lower price.

Absolutely Lovely hotel in lively part of Budapest

Posted 17-Aug-2014
Pros: How clean and spacious it was; plus the value for money was sensational
Cons: The wifi was free but signal strength wasn't great in certain parts of the apartment.
Location: Endless bars, restaurants, clubs, pubs, spas and shops. We spent our mornings playing polo in Buda and the rest of the day touring city centre Pest.
Staff were helpful, room was very large and impressive. Locality perfect! It was close enough to the centre but nicely tucked away from the pandemonium. Didn't try out the food as we were too busy sampling local cuisine in the local restaurants. Free wifi made staying in touch with home cheap and easy. All in all, I would definitely stay here again! Ps: you get complimentary and unlimited hot drinks at reception!

Very nice hotel close to everything.

Pros: Location
This hotel is very close to the busiest part of the city, however is far from the noise. The facilities in the hotel are really nice for a very fairy price for this kind of hotel. You can walk to the Danube and see many attractions in the way..

Pros: Staff, location, courtesy, comforts.
Cons: Follow through with airport pickup as promised.
Location: Right in the heart of "Pest" close to the airport, station, supermarket.
Affordable luxury with all the modern comforts, right next to the "New York Cafe", close to the airport, railway station, wonderful staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms.

Like having your own flat in Budapest. - Book it!

Pros: Great location. New York Cafe is here. Hop on Hop off tour buses from the cafe are super convenient. Nice staff. 24hr kebab shops on same block :)
Location: The Hop On Hop Off tour buses are a good way to see different parts of the city and are good for 2 days. I also recommend the Budapest card for 24-72h
Stop looking and book this place now, read why My wife and I just spent 3 nights here and loved our stay. The room was huge for European standards and well laid out. The room is new and we appointed with high ceilings, comfortable furniture, all modern conveniences and floor to ceiling double glazed windows. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a quick meal. The bathtub was long and deep and great for a soak after a long day exploring the city. The bed and linens where comfortable and there was plenty of room to put clothes and other items in. The photos posted are very accurate and should give you some idea about the size and different layout of the rooms. Our room was on the side of the building that faced a major road and the only time we heard anything was when a police or ambulance drove by, other than that we enjoyed having a decent view. Some may find it loud if they like to leave the windows open and if so then maybe the courtyard view rooms might be for you. Travel Tips - Visit the New York Cafe, it's expensive but worth it just to see the inside, which as a hotel guest you can take photos of without having to eat there. We did the breakfast buffet and it was good but make sure you are hungry to feel like you are getting your moneys worth. Another option is to go around 10pm for just dessert, we recommend trying the Hungarian cake sampler, it's perfect for two and not to expensive. Our next to Budapest will stay here because it's perfect.

Very good hotel in vibrant city centre district

Posted 06-Jun-2014
Pros: The rooms are very spacious including fitted kitchen, seating area, separate bedroom and huge bathroom. We found it to be very quiet and clean.
Cons: The breakfast is very overpriced and there are several cafe nearby where you can get something similar for fraction of the price.
Location: The hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions on the Pest side, including Andrassy St, ROH, Parliament Building, the River and Heroes Sq.
Has an excellent 3 night / 4 day stay at this hotel. Did not really encounter any problems, other than at check in when we had to wait half an hour for a curtain rail in our room to be fixed. It then turned out that it didn't get properly fixed because it was still slightly hanging off the rail at one end!
