Do not book with this company NST is not a respectful and professional company. This whole tour was a mess from the beginning, they came almost 15 mins early and if we werent outside they would have left us as they did to another guest at another hotel. The tour ended just over 7 hours which it stated 11. We asked the tour guide upon ending of the cruise and she insisted the van would take us to oia. The driver took us to our hotel and when i inquired about oia he said he would call his boss and give him a minute he closed the doors of the van and took off. My agent was informed we would be refunded for the oia transport but ignored alll emails asking about it. l tired to follow up when i was tranfered to the ferry on route to another island and i was told that marina (boss) was in the office in the port. This was not true as there was no office in the port and again left without any true information. All in all bad experience with NST and will ensure no one i know books with them.

It was a fantastic experience. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, which was great. I wish we had more time at some of the spots, particularly the mud baths. The mudbaths were amazing but felt like a rushed experience. Just a warning - our boat said you had to be an advanced swimmer to get to the mud bath while one of the other boats from our tour group gave people noodles to get out there. Due to that, I think this experience is best geared towards more proficient swimmers.

Good tour but too crowded. Guide asked us and our Indian friends to Change Boats under the pretext of load balancing even when we were amongst the first five to arrive back on the boat after Volcano Hike instead of asking other people who came much later.
