I wonder what the other people expected or whether they just like to complain. It's possible they don't read instructions and expect to be handheld thru the process. After reading all the comments, I hesitantly bought a couple of tickets for this tour the night before. I was already in London and reserved them thru the phone app. The vouchers I received almost immediately said exactly where to go and when to be there. Granted, the Victoria coach station is chaotic. However, the person at gate 0 (from another company) said to simply sit and wait. Exactly at the promised time, two gentlemen arrived on a bus. A young woman checked us in and asked us to get on the bus. Exactly 15 mins later, we started to leave when a couple of families arrived all out of breath. I figured those might be the type of people that would complain later since they weren't even apologetic but angry that they almost missed the bus. The driver was very courteous. We got all that was promised and i loved the site!
