What you can expect

Be part of the only tour group to get exclusive first ferry access to the Statue of Liberty on this 360-degree experience of not one but two of America's most iconic sites - Liberty Island & Ellis Island.

Meet your New York City guide in Battery Park. Spend some time exploring monuments and attractions, like the Castle Clinton National Monument, the Pier A Harbour House, the American Merchant Mariner's Memorial, the Sphere, and the New York Korean War Veteran's Memorial.

Step aboard one of the day's first ferries to beat the afternoon crowds across the water to Liberty Island. Walk around the base of the statue and learn about the symbolism of Lady Liberty's tablet, the 7 rays of her helmet, and the broken chain at her feet. Hear the history behind the efforts that went into actually erecting the Lady Liberty in her current location. Enter into the Statue of Liberty Museum, to see exciting artefacts including her original torch!

Head back to the ferry and take a short ride to Ellis Island. More than 12 million immigrants passed through this space during its time as the nation's busiest immigrant inspection station, from 1892 to 1954. Before parting ways, your guide will share stories and tips with you on how to make the most of your personal time inside the Immigration Museum. Step into the red brick building and discover how the Stairs of Separation earned their name. Explore at your own pace before taking the ferry back to Manhattan.
