  • The lounge in KLIA Departures is open 24 hours a day. Hours of operation for the lounge in KLIA2 Departures are 4 AM to 12 AM. The lounge in Gateway@KLIA2 is open 24 hours a day.

What you can expect

Important Note

During the current coronavirus situation, Plaza Premium Lounge at International Satellite International Departures, KLIA2, International Departures, KLIA2 Wellness Spa were temporarily closed and we will move the operation to Plaza Premium First (09:00 - 22:00 daily) and Plaza Premium Lounge Gateway (Aerotel) (08:00 - 20:00 daily) until further notice.

However, Plaza premium First will not be operating as normal with premium service with a la carte menu and free alcoholic drinks. The lounge will partially open with normal lounges services you would expect at the Plaza Premium Lounge

Charging stations let you power up your devices, and internet access lets you keep in touch with friends and family back home.
