Headphones didn’t work on multiple seats on multiple busses. Rained and hailed during the tour, no coverings on top of the bus and poor visibility inside the bus. Live your guides didn’t provide as good of a picture as the recorded ones when it works.

No one let us know on the bus that on Tuesday’s museums were closed. We got offbys in rain only to find out they were closed. Then had to wait for next bus. Also bus driver had ponchos. Never offered them until late in the rainy day. Had only 1 live commentator who was wonderful. Preferred that over the taped announcements.

We had a very bad experience with the provider or the Museum Pass. They gave us expired tickets and costed us time and stress walking back to their office. Worst of all the staff who issued us the expired tickets was so arrogant and not taking ownership of the issue and said it was not their fault that it was that of another company who provided them the passes. That was so unbusinsess-like and unprofessional.
