We only did this to get the sold-out Tattoo tickets, but later found out you can likely get day tickets! We had Fiona as our guide. She was hilarious and informative. I would definitely recommend getting a tour with her. I would have liked to have had more time at the Wallace Monument to be able to go up it, and less time at the distillery. Overall it's a decent way to spend a day, and the Tattoo tickets were for better seats than I expected.

Not enough time at the sites—too rushed. The guide,Fiona had a cute sense of humor but talked too fast and was difficult to understand. Sound on the bus was not loud enough. The Military Tattoo was fabulous—best part of the tour.
